Sorvynn LLC ("Sorvynn," "we," "us," or "our") builds customer-resident software for operating intelligence and governed AI work. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through sorvynn.com, our sales and business interactions, and related services that link to this policy.
Scope
This policy applies to our public website and direct business interactions. Customer deployments of Sorvynn run in customer-approved environments and are governed by the customer's configuration, instructions, and written agreement with Sorvynn. A customer controls the purposes, scope, permissions, retention, and authorized users of its deployment except where a written agreement states otherwise.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, company, job title, meeting requests, messages, and other information you choose to send us.
- Website and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links or buttons used, and visit dates and times.
- Business and professional information from service providers and publicly available or licensed sources, such as company identity, industry, general location, professional role, and business contact information.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and manage business relationships.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services.
- Understand interest in Sorvynn and conduct relevant B2B sales and marketing.
- Protect our rights, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected.
Legal bases
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process personal information based on consent (including for ZoomInfo WebSights where required), legitimate interests in operating and securing our website and conducting proportionate B2B activities, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, or compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, analytics, visitor intelligence, scheduling, communications, security, and professional services; to a buyer or successor in a corporate transaction; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or with your direction or consent. Those providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their terms and our agreements with them.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
Sorvynn does not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. state laws define "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising broadly enough that disclosing website identifiers to a visitor-intelligence provider may qualify. To the extent those laws apply, you may opt out by rejecting visitor intelligence through Your Privacy Choices or by enabling Global Privacy Control. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of people under 16.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to maintain a business relationship, provide requested services, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by the type of information, its sensitivity, the purpose of processing, and applicable requirements. Third-party providers apply their own documented retention practices.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and appeal a denied request. You may also have the right to complain to a regulator. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where an exception applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To exercise a right relating to information Sorvynn controls, email hhamblett@sorvynn.com. To exercise a right over information ZoomInfo controls in its own business database, use ZoomInfo's Privacy Center linked above.
Security and international transfers
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live; where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. If a change materially affects a consent choice, we will request that choice again.
